Experience
I have extensive knowledge working in the disability field I have worked alongside government departments and various policies, I have the knowledge to compile independent reports to the following subjects
social care, education and health care plans EHCP , I can also give advice to PHD students on their students an local authority clinical commissioning group ,family members ,individuals that have a social care or health package , EHCP Are able to appoint myself too compile a report for a second opinion from lived experience acknowledge working within the sector . below it's some information on how I compile my findings for each of the reports . I'm also working Towards become an expert witness.
Health and social care
if you would like my expertise on an individuals support package within health and social care I will ask for the following information the persons plan has the person been consulted about their plan an have they been able to make a informed decisions about their support being provided ? I will go by the guidance from the care Act 2014 and any other acts at that may comply to the individuals circumstances my findings will be in-depth I may ask for some further evidence along the way to help me make a final judgement
Education
if you would like my expertise
on an individuals Education and health care plan EHCP I will ask for the following information I will ask for the plan its self as The young person and family been involved in making the plan every step of the way have they been informed on whats in it has the school or the educational establishment , Local authority done its legal duty under the children and families Act of 2014 I will go by the guidance from the Act and any other acts . that may comply to the Educational Circumstance my findings will be in-depth I will ask for all the meeting minutes that have taken place in regards to the plan .
I may require some further evidence along the way to help to make a final judgement .
